The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

Steep short face with 3 bolts about 2/3 of the way up the Upper Tier descent gully. Still very chossy at the moment. Round hangers. Walk off by scrambling to climber's left and down.

If someone knows the actual name and FA info, would be happy to update to reflect.

Location

Higher of two steep short bolted face, above the base terrace of the Upper Tier and about 2/3 of way up toward Upper Tier top.
