To the morons who stole my rope, WTF. Leave fixed ropes alone. Return my rope, carabiner, and sling to the visitor center lost and found, assholes. Fixed ropes are not abandoned at Staunton, especially if the route is not listed on Mt. Project or Rakkup, a guidebook yet. l've spent a lot of money and time developing routes at Staunton, WTF!!!! Do we need signs saying route development in progress - do not touch. Leave it where you found it. I blame it on all the newbie gym climbers, who don’t know any better.

This route is a little rough. Slightly gritty rock will clean up with traffic. It has 3 star climbing, 1 to 2 star rock quality, and fun climbing. Helmets are recommended on new routes for climbers and belayers.

Start up a wide dihedral, move to the 1st bolt then to a shallow dihedral to a slab. Pull through the bulge, the crux, to a steep slab to a fun roof move to the anchors.

Location Suggest change

At the trail junction, go right toward Cartoon Wall, about 100 feet, about 100 west of Cartoon Wall. It is the furthest right route at the trail boss.

Protection Suggest change

7 lead bolts and an anchor with 2 Mussy hooks.
