Description Suggest change

Mummy’s Nuts P2 sits atop Mum He’s Nuts P1 which is on the left side of the popular portion of Watch Me Wall. This upper shield has a left facing corner system that has intermittent pods with specific gear that gets more critical and let’s just say poorer the higher you go until it runs out into a commit or back off situation at the crux. BD2/3/5 and then finger sized cams in questionable placements before the crux.

Use a combination of slab, crack, stemming, and liebacking on bomber rock and fun features but keep your mind clear and evaluate the less than ideal portection. Enter into sequential and thrilling crux sequence to an airy topout over 0.3-0.4-0.5 a few body lengths below.

P2 can be accessed via 5th class traverse west from the Cowboys And Cossacks tat rap / belay station or via Mum He’s Nuts P1 which will be undergoing inspection and review by the QBC in 2023.

A comfortable belay pad is available or you can build a 0.4 - 0.75 anchor in a slanted Undercling rail at the base if needed.

Mummy’s Nuts P2 can also be P2 from Large Dihedral or the other WMW lines, so it is listed separately from Mum He’s Nuts P1.

Location Suggest change

Protection Suggest change

BD2/3/5, 0.3-0.4-0.5. Use an efficient boulder rope wrap for belay.
