Description Suggest change

This route follows the left side of the clear face below the highest knob of the main crag. Face climb to a set of horizontal ledges, then follow a thin seam to a steeper head-wall with several cracks. Climb the left-most crack to the top.

Location Suggest change

This route follows the left side of the clear face below the highest knob of the main crag. This face is the 3rd clear face of 5 from climber's left and just above an approach that skirts climber's left of the lower slab.

Protection Suggest change

There are trees at the top that can be used for top-rope anchors, but they are far back from the edge. A long static line is recommended.

Names Suggest change

(This is called "Route 5" in the 2012 Tough Schist by Travis Peckham and "Nuthatch" in Peckham's new 2022 edition, Vermont Rock.)
