Description Suggest change

Sandy Crack isn’t really sandy!

Start in the right facing corner just to the right of Curving Crack which should be obvious if you are in the proximity of Salmon Slabs area.

Work up on a thin section with interesting footwork through multiple stances. Work through an awkward transition and then get ready for the wider topout!

Good anchors can be built 25’ uphill in a series of cracks with nuts/cams in the BD 0.75-2 range. An extended belay can be made back to edge quite easily.

Location Suggest change

On the right edge of Salmon Slabs but it would be quicker to find the right facing “C” shape of Curving Crack and then go into the corner just right of it.

Protection Suggest change

BD 0.5 - 5, anchors BD 0.75 - 2 or better with Orange Totem
