Access Issue: Waiver/Permit Needed (Super easy to get)

In 2008, the now-defunct Four Corners Climbing Coalition worked with the Access Fund to secure climbers' access to Hawkins Preserve following a 16-month hiatus due to liability concerns. Climbers are required to submit a waiver/permit form to the Cortez Cultural Center, which manages the preserve.

Description
Double Chockstone has some fun stems down low and good hand holds for the topout.
I didn't see any signs of someone climbing it before me, but if I'm not the FA, just LMK.
