Description Suggest change

Crescent Falls is fun, easily accessible, top ropeable and has virtually no approach. What more could you want?

Walk around the viewing platform build an ice anchor and rappel down to the bottom. Watch out for thin ice, do not rappel down the middle of the falls as it will likely be open water or thin ice which will not support you. A single 60m will  get you to the bottom from the viewing platform.

Pick your line and have fun.

Location Suggest change

Crescent Falls turn off is 72km from the Saskatchewan Crossing on the Icefields Parkway. From the signed turn off for Crescent Falls drive 6km down the road to a parking lot with a gated road heading downhill.

Walk downhill for less than 5 minutes to the viewing platform with the falls below you.
