If you use chalk on the rock, brush it off when you are done. If you use tick marks, brush them off when you are done. Wipe your feet off prior to each climbing attempt. Excess chalk and any dirt, leaves, or mud can polish holds over time. Do not drag your pad from one climb to the next (in order to minimize erosion). And most importantly, Leave No Trace. Pick up your trash and place it in the trash cans at the trail head.
Description
Start on a jug and right on an obvious incut edge along a piece that looks like it will detach. Go straight up utilizing a tiny gaston for your right, a bowling ball type hold for your left then the larger slopier pockets near the top. Pretty heady and a touch pumpy if you're on route.
Referred to as Corrosive Elements in the 2008 Brayack guide.
An easier alternate: sit start left hand on a jug and right on an obvious incut edge along a piece that looks like it will detach. Veer up and right on edges that are sliding away from you. Gaston and move upwards towards a large branch overhead on much easier ground. Topping out can be headie. All the hardest moves are at the beginning.
