Description Suggest change

Stand on a large block to readh the lip of the roof. Hand traverse right and swing a foot into the vertical crack. muscle up and layback into a seat on the small leadge just above the roof, and continue up and left through fragile flakes to a dihedral on the right edge of another roof.

Location Suggest change

Spinal Compression and Monkey Swing are found ont eh wall just to the north of the Quadrangle. They can be reached by an easy trail 30 feet north of the Sentinel access. They are on an open West-facing wall with a large roof that forms a cave-like recess at the wall's base.
