Description Suggest change

This route follows the large dihedral to the left of Monkey Swing. Starting at the base of the cave, climb the left face until a stem is possible. Continue to the cedar and on up the face to the top.

Location Suggest change

Spinal Compression and Monkey Swing are found ont eh wall just to the north of the Quadrangle. They can be reached by an easy trail 30 feet north of the Sentinel access. They are on an open West-facing wall with a large roof that forms a cave-like recess at the wall's base.
