Good first trad lead, b/c you can rehearse on top rope first, and the moves are easy to protect Nov 20, 2017
This description is for Bastard's Moan. It is an easy mistake to make because the guidebook is poorly written when it comes to the Motorboat area. Army route starts on the right side of the detached boulder but goes up and left, sharing the upper half of Navy Route. For this reason, many call these routes and their variations just "Army-Navy." There are no bolts up top, but you can sling two good boulders for a TR anchor. Apr 17, 2018
