Description
This climb involves tricky, thinker sequences which accumulate into a left foot on a nubbin that leads to great holds that may or may not exist.
Good luck. You'll need it.
Location: Lower Ice Box
Park at Shadowlands, which was formerly Hells Gate Gulch Picnic Area, get out of your car and start walking downhill, towards Cheyanne Crossing for about 50 feet. Find the difficult to locate scratch trail to your left. Again, if you walk past a house with a green roof you have gone too far. Walk with great difficulty up the short, but steep trail. The first routes you will see are 5.12's on blonde rock. Keep walking towards Cheyanne Crossing for about another 20 or 30 feet until you literally stumble across two routes on what appears to be slabby, black rock.
Shares its start with Black Ice, Whore Frost is the left trending variation.
