Access Issue: RAIN AND WET ROCK: The sandstone in Red Rocks is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Details

Description

Left Edge is the leftmost route on the Jungle Wall, and despite the bouldery start is, perhaps, the best warmup available. A beautiful, but reachy and committing, sequence up the arĂȘte leads to enjoyable face climbing.

Protection

8 bolts. Some run outs on easier climbing can be protected with stoppers or small cams.

One hard reach (really long reach), rest is 5.7. Not really worth doing except you slogged all the way up here so you need a warm up. Mar 16, 2012
