The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This climb ascends the southwest face of a small mini-spire formation on the hillside across and east of the Rattlesnake parking lot. It is located relatively low on the hillside and can be reached in about 10 minutes or so from the parking area. 1.32578 stars out of five.
