This is a fun climb! Link up with the second pitch of Advanced Geir to top out on this neat summit.

While Marcy was figuring out the gear on this climb and I was belaying from the big ledge at the end of the pitch, a family of four ringtails curiously watched from about 20 feet away! They stayed for about 5 minutes before they moved along. Unfortunately Marcy's camera was down with her, so we missed some really good photos. Apr 17, 2010

Another cool climb to do while in the area. I think that the bolts were unnecessary, however. Jan 21, 2013

Thanks Mark. We tried to keep the bolts to a minimum out there but sometimes wound up adding a bolt or two where we thought they might be needed. A couple of times we removed unnecessary bolts too. Jan 22, 2013
