In the ruckman's book they list the route and the FA as anonymous, I don't feel to bad about posting as hippies anonymous because I found this route due to two hippies who would load a bowl then climb 40 feet, load a bowl climb another 40 feet.....all day long.

This is an excellent trad/sport lead, with one placement a verticle crack the other a horizontal follwed by a bolt, you can sling the tree directly above the route but I would also clip into the the anchors above bob's rocking chair.

Great route, the roof move is fantastic. I don't know if I'd classify this as a sport route I'm not sure the bolt that does exist can even be counted as a bolt. I don't think I'd even hang a picture from it! However, there are some solid gear placement options. (.75, 1, .5) ENJOY. Feb 25, 2015

Feels considerably harder than 5.9 if you don't use the roof to the right and pull a straight up mantel. The condition of the bolt makes it even more spicy.
Great #1 placement a bit lower in case everything blows. Aug 31, 2009

Fun route. Nice warmup. Couple sm cams and nuts, plus gear anchor. I use the tree up top. Jul 17, 2009
