Description

This route is on the Southwest face (away from the road) and is pretty fun. A decent easy/moderate climb if in the area. Nothing spectacular...

Protection

3 bolts, anchor on top

Enjoyable. Easily two stars. Plenty of variety right of lead bolts, though on top rope fun increases as does the variety. Anchors still there, no ring or chains as mentioned previously. Nov 3, 2011
Fun friction face. the two bolt anchor at the top has no rap ring or chain. hot in the afternoon. Nov 2, 2009

Quoted from ASCA:"Hogback": The 2nd protection bolt, which had fallen out, was replaced. Please note that some single bolt anchors on top of this cliff are suspect... Back them up to natural pro, or set completely independent anchors. ASCA 1/02 Jan 11, 2003
