Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This portion of Hodgepodge Rock is quite popular due to it's almost roadside location and short moderate routes that see a fair bit of sun.

None of the routes here are especially memorable, however they do provide a bit of vertical relief when it's too cold in the main portion of the Park.
