It looks so familiar. The top of the SW route on Sharks Nose? Damn. I’d swear I’ve been to that exact spot.

Edit: Photo is above the bulk of technical climbing but only halfway to the summit.

"Longest rock in the lower 48" = Mt Moran, S Buttress? Somewhere in the sea of 4th/low 5th class ridge climbing before the summit?
