Description

The Hotline corner is a cool summer spot on the right side of the Main formation that is above the lake.

Hotline corner has one of the best crack trad lines in the Wanaka area called Hotline. Along with some fun sport routes from 5.10-5.11ish one of which is a bolted offwidth crack that is quite enjoyable.

Can seep a bit in spring or after a rain but is a great place to escape the heat come summer.

Getting There

Head like you would to Diamond lake, Pencil wall, Spade slab.

As you get to Spade slab take a right and walk the faint trail that hugs the wall. you'll come across the Hotline corner which is on the left facing wall and on the right of the dihedral is F*** F***ity F***
