Kullaberg is a nature reserve. Access to the north coast between Skårenäs to Blå Mal, and Djupadal to Valdemarsgrotten, is prohibited from March 1st to July 15th due to bird protection. The protected areas extend 200 meters inland and 50 meters out to sea. Also use extra care accessing neighboring areas. Camping in the reserve is prohibited except at the designated site by the light house parking lot (8 tents maximum). For more information see Regulations here:

Description

Bananväggen (Banana Wall) has a bit of everything: offwidths, cracks, jams, and sharp crimps, with several trad and two sport routes. It's south-facing and gets lots of sun. The rock quality is generally good but beware of loose blocks on top. There is a bolted anchor shared by the sport routes but gear is required elsewhere. Walking back up to the main trail or scrambling down is easy.

Getting There

Follow directions to Björnen. Bananväggen is to right of the gully looking down and out to sea. A large curving crack at the lower end of this wall gives the cliff its namesake.
