Description Suggest change

There are three sport routes up this clean northwestern-facing wall. It’s in the shade until about mid-afternoon. The phyllite beds at the base of the wall have eroded away making for overhung starts, especially the left-most (and easiest!) route. That, plus the steep and loose base area, make a stick clip advisable.

Getting There Suggest change

Pick out the Middle and Upper Fins from the parking area. Then choose the easiest-looking path up the steep rocky slope toward your objective. The slope eventually narrows into a gully. About ¾ of the way up the slope you must bear left around the lower end of the Middle Fin to the base of the routes. Continue up the steepening gully to the base of the Upper Fin. It takes 15–20 minutes.
