Description Suggest change

Huvudväggen, the main (south) wall of Åkersberget, has about a dozen trad and sport/mixed routes from 40 to 70 feet in height, with routes from about 5.5 to 5.11 in difficulty. Huvudväggen is on the left side of the Åkersberget promontory as viewed from the approach. The rightmost routes start above the high tide line. The leftmost lines are over water and may need to be reached by rappel.

Getting There Suggest change

Follow trail to Åkersberget then either down to the sea to left (south) of the overhung wall, or up onto the promontory itself if setting a toprope. The approach from the parking lot is about 520 m in length with roughly 100 m of elevation loss.
