Description Suggest change

The Temple is a small cliff band tucked away in the woods below the Sweet Trail just south of Colby Marsh. It's about 75 feet long and around 16 feet tall. There are also several satellite boulders nearby. The Temple offers several quality climbs and perfect landing zones and is the best of the northern section of the Sweet Trail.

Getting There Suggest change

From the Longmarsh Road praking lot. Follow the Sweet trail eastwards along an old woods road about .3 miles to an intersection just before the boardwalk along the beaver dam. Turn right to stay on the Sweet Trail and follow it south for a short ways, crossing Crommet Creek and meandering back uphill. Just before the trail begins to descend steeply down the other side of the hill, look for a bit of bare ledge top in the trees to the left. This is the top of the Temple cliff line. Descend to the base around the left or right side.
