Description

The first area on the right. 15 routes are listed in the guidebook. One (#12, Formagaz, V+) is a 4-pitch route, the others are all one pitch.

The area has a lower section (3 routes) and an upper section that starts on a treed ledge system. This upper section contains 12 routes, including Formagaz.

Getting There

For the upper section a climber's path branches off to the right just before the "house" at the top of the walkway to the top of the dam. I believe the path scrambles up to the right of a waterfall and then crosses back left above where the waterfall-stream comes out of a tunnel.
