Description

About as close as one can get to "belaying off the car". A 5 minute walk up to the top of the dam, then walk along a flat, 8 ft-wide graded path anywhere from a few minutes to however long it takes to get to where you're going with all the gawking!

The base of the first crag listed in the book ("Formigaz") is actually a bit up, off the path, so the first crag you actually come to along the wide path is Crag #2, "Drinking".

Guidebook lists 10 crags with 136 listed routes, almost all bolted although some use both bolts and gear.

Note - This does not include the routes on the crags that start high above the flat path. (see "Cavallers Right Side, high up")

Getting There

Park below the dam, walk up the path on the right, continue along the path on the right passing the crags. The base of the first crag listed in the book ("Formigaz") is actually a bit up, off the path, to get to it take a climber's path that branches off right just at the dam , and before the "house".

The other nine (9) crags are approached from the main hiking path (more like a narrow dirt road), either directly from the path or via short climber's path(s) to the base(s).
