Description

This area lies in the deepest part of the woods. It is bordered by the Bow Ridge area to the north and east; by Bikini Botton to the west; and Nature Valley to the south.

Getting There

It can be accessed from the north side via Bow Ridge Reservation at the north end of the Deep Woods Trail. Walk past the Entrance Boulders in the power line clearing and continue for another 1/4 mile. The trailhead for Deep Woods Trail is prominent on your left.

This area can also be accessed from the south via the Depp Woods Trail. Following the Ox Pasture Road north, the Deep Woods Trail forks left before you reach Pirate Rock. Follow the Deep Woods trail for 1/4 mile or so, and you'll be in the Deep Woods.
