Sit start and climb straight up the left side of the arete for several moves, and then transition to the right side of the arete. Move up, and top out.

This ascends the steep, right arete near the tree.

A pad.

Crimpy and requires good footwork. Great sequence of moves around the arete. Feb 24, 2018

Thanks, Tim! Yeah, there is a high foot that makes the move to the top hold easier. Pete did it without that move, which was probably V5. Feb 25, 2018

I really want to get on this now. I looked at it the other day, but we had business to take care of in NV. There are a few “new” lines out that way I want to get on and more potential too. Feb 25, 2018
Great climb! With the V4 beta, the rocks below the climb are really not a concern, and the tree is far enough away that it's not really a concern. Probably want a couple of pads and a spotter for the topout, because it's still a bit of mental game to top out. Feb 26, 2018
