Description
East-facing cliff with lots of potential off the ground. The best route in the area currently is I'll Be Your Huckleberry, on the right side of the areas defining buttress. This route can be combined in a fun day with Outer Space and Munsunned at Space Mountain.
Getting There
This route is somewhat difficult to find and quite steep. See Space Mountain for alternate approach.
Walk south out of town and take the right/straight fork near the bridge. Continue past the AnQiNi turnoff towards the Lisu area, and continue almost to the next village. Just as you pass a parking lot on your left and come up to the first house on your right, turn right off the road and go up the hill, then turn left and walk along the hillside behind the houses. When you come to the creek, cross it over a wooden bridge, then turn right. Eventually a faint trail should appear on your left that cuts up the steep hill. Follow this towards the obvious right-leaning crack that goes for roughly 100m. The bottom quarter of this is I'll Be Your Huckleberry. Take the path of least resistance up to this, which may involve a little bit of easy bushwacking. There are routes in the gully around the corner to the left as well. Going right along the cliff from here will take you past several other decent climbs and eventually to the stream, just on the other side of which is Space Mountain.
