Description

The Roadsides are a concentration of varnished blocks that lay just off the side of the road providing the easiest access at the Big Waters and a great look into what makes this area so unique: Hoodoos, Fossils, Moonscapes, Labyrinths, Choss........ And as a bonus, some really nice boulder problems. I have listed myself or Matt Penrod as the FA of most of these problems but I like to think that some old legend Bandito pulled over on his chopper and did these problems in his biker boots long ago.

Getting There

After you cross Wahweap Creek on NP230 drive 2.65 miles to the boulders that lay at the base of Mustard Point, a very prominent terminus of the Straight Cliffs.
