Description
One of the shorter approaches, though not exactly on the trail.
A corridor of rock with schist on both sides, with most of the climbing is on the left side. This holds one of the highest quality lines in the area, Rustic Remnants (V5).
Relatively shady, but don't be afraid to come here when it's cold. Much of the cleaning and climbing here was done with some Spring snow still on the ground.
Getting There
Five minutes of light hiking will bring you to the middle of the corridor, and a minute in either direction will get you to any of the problems listed here.
Park at the dirt parking lot for hiking at Parker Mountain, and start up the main trail. After about 50 yards, there's a blocky orange-ish rock on the right side of the trail. This is a good place to break from the trail. Work up the hill, staying right of the trail, and following the side of the gully on your right.
This leads up to the beginning of the corridor, where you'll see the short block that has Shuffle (V0) on it, and Blocks (V0) will be on your right and behind you. Rustic Remnants (V5) and the problems before it will be ahead on your left.
