Access Issue: Seasonal Raptor Closures/CDOT Road Work

The two areas Jefferson County Open Space intends to close in Clear Creek Canyon, shown on the attached maps, encompass the active eagle nests. If the Clear Creek eagles continue to nest in the active nests, these areas will remain closed from February 1 through July 31. If the eagles choose different nesting sites, the closures will be adjusted accordingly to protect those eagles during their breeding season.
Currently, rock climbing areas that fall inside of the seasonal raptor closures include:
Blonde Formation
Bumbling Stock
Evil Area
Ghost Crag
Highlander
Skinny Legs
Stumbling Block
Tetanus Garden
Fault Caves
June 7, 2021 - TBD: Highway 6 was currently doing full road closures from Sunday night to Friday morning every week. The closure is from the junction of CO Highway 119 and Highway 6 to the junction of Highway 40 and Highway 6 (mile post ~260 to ~257). Vehicles that remain in the closure will be towed at owners expense.
Sundays: 7PM-4AM
Monday-Thursday: 4PM-4AM

Per ErikaNW: Clear Creek Canyon High Wire crag will be closed on weekdays from August 22 to October 16!
Front Range Climbing Stewards in collaboration with JeffCo will initiate a special project to move the High Wire access trail away from above the Tunnel 2 entrance. High Wire, Low Wire, Higher Wire, and Wall of Justice crags will be closed M-F from 7 am to 5 pm while the crew is working. Access to the crags at this time will be prohibited. Until further notice, weekend access is still allowed.
Thanks for your patience and understanding as work is done to make the High Wire approach safer for all!

Description
Low Wire is a quiet crag beneath the busy lines of High Wire. It has great rock and a nice selection of grades. Low Wire is deeper in the canyon and receives less sun. It gets afternoon shade. Please be aware of loose rock in the area to use caution and careful footing to avoid and slipping/falls or other loose rock catastrophes.

Getting There
Park on the east side of Tunnel 2 across from the New River Wall using the same parking as Highlander, High Wire, Right Wire, etc. Walk to the tunnel, cross the road, and climb up the scramble to the base of the High Wire crag. After passing the very large overhanging roof that covers half of the main sector of High Wire (on your right), scramble downhill to find a few bolted lines and a fixed line that will start at the base of Vagini (5.10c). The approach time is ~15 minutes.
