Description
Sandbox's east and south vertical/slab faces have boulder problems. The rock quality is good, but there may be loose pieces, so scope it out before giving it a pull. The landings are good in some areas and worse in others.
Getting There
It is located in the Southie Area. From the parking area, head downhill, cross East Creek, head up toward the Mecca Boulder on the dirt track, continue past the boulder about 50 yards, and then head uphill toward the cliff. Below the cliff, there is a foot path, head in a southwesterly direction, and the boulder will be on the right. It lies behind two of the biggest blocks in the entire Mecca area. It is best to just look at the page map. It's tough to explain, this one is pretty far out there.
