Description
Apparently, the muses were projectile menstruating the day this sector was found. Considered the source of all knowledge and creative production, muses are SUPPOSED to inspire humankind to excel beyond their mortal limits. But the only thing I can see this area inspiring is heartbreak and an angst-y malaise at having been lured here by the star butchery and the "excellent rock quality" as given by the guidebook. Both of which seem to be in heroically abundant absence here.
Free to make your own judgments, I suppose. If indeed you don't think Muses is a big bucket of suck, you're welcome to come tell me all about it. I'll be up at Iliada Right on the REAL excellent quality rock.

Getting There
A subsector of Iliada, the Muses wall actually lies quite a bit below Iliada proper (NOT simply further up from Iliada Right). In fact the spur trail branches off just after the obvious, Grecian Debt-sized cave of Iliada Left.
My point: If you simply keep heading uphill, after Iliada Right (as the guidebook intimates), then you will get hopelessly lost in the upper wilds of Kalymnos, your remains to be found decades later by a band of tribal goat herders whose elders will use them in a sacred ritual to forecast the weather and to ward off fleas. NOT a pretty legacy.
Stop at Iliada right and just have done with it.
