Getting There
From parking near Tintern Abbey, cross a bridge to the east side of the river. Go left uphill after 200 yards, then keep bearing right to reach a good forestry track. Various numbered markers indicate the way through the jungle on the left to the base of the cliff. 30 to 40 minutes pleasant walk.
