Description

The Wye Valley between Chepstow and Monmouth contains several good limestone crags. These are low-lying and some catch a lot of sun, so this can be a good venue in winter months when mountain crags are too cold.

Getting There

The border between England and Wales runs down this part of the Wye Valley, though most of the crags lie on the English side. Chepstow is easily reached by crossing the Severn Bridge (M4 from London or M5 from Birmingham).
