The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Sitting at the base of the Uncle Remus Block and due north of the Aiguille de Joshua Tree is this large square block with a handful of problems including the namesake Dysfunction (V1).
Getting There
Approach as for the main Jimmy Cliff Area and look for the landmark Aiguille de Joshua Tree - the boulder lies just to the north of it.
