Description

The White Pine boulders are a conglomeration of good boulder problems at a relatively high altitude. Therefore, the temperature is a bit cooler then lower in the canyon. Of course, they are granite, and they tend to have a bit more varnish than the typical lower canyon boulders.

Emerson, I believe you are referring to the same boulder I was on today. If you are looking for information on it I wish I could help. I added it under the Warm-up Area as the Eastern Boulder. If anyone has more info on anything in this area please share! Sep 28, 2012

Hey, can anyone help me get a better idea of where these boulders are located?? Specifically, what is the name of the first boulder you come to after crossing the river? There's like a bunch of v0-v2 on it...really juggy on one side. Aug 1, 2011
