Description

Numerous climbing areas exist in the Franklin mountain range. Some areas have access issues and others are open to the public through the Texas Park & Wildlife Dept. (Access Fees May Apply)

The Franklin Mountain Range is not the most popular climbing destination being located so close to world famous Hueco Tanks. It does however contain some worthy routes and boulder problems. Trad. Sport Climbs, top ropes and boulder problems. It has a little bit of everything. In minutes you can be in the the mountains getting your climbing fix.
