Description
O Death, become my blade, once more.
Maliketh, the Black Blade, climbs a steep slab-to-vert up a darkened streak on the far-right side of the wall. Though diminutive by Unaweep standards, it follows phenomenal stone and links a series of cerebral, unyielding boulder problems building to a demoralizing crux at the literal last move.
While it could have been fully bolted, two excellent stopper placements were intentionally preserved to maintain the canyon ethic. The first guards a V5 crux low on the route before a tenuous clip; the second, more exacting to place, follows a longer mid-route V5 and must be set above a long, clean fall.
Location
Start on the far right side of the slab. Traverse left and up to the first bolt. The route follows the prominent black streak just right of the obvious roof feature on Red.
It's possible to easily traverse over from the routes on the left to set up a TR.
