Description Suggest change

This is the cruxy sit start to Spina Bifida. Start with your left hand on a cobble and your right hand in a slopey dish, and either make a big dynamic move to the large huecos overhead or move right into the crack then up into the huecos. Classic, IMO.

It's pretty reasonable without a pad, though not entirely safe, as they're somewhat annoying to drag up the approach/solo into the zone.
