Description Suggest change

This moderate sport route is yet another pleasant way to climb the Aiguille d'Orny. In seasons when there is rockfall from the gully above the classique sud, this route offers a more sheltered position.

P1 (4c) Start up the pillar

P2 (4b) Continue up.

P3 (5b): Interesting face climbing.

P4 (4b) Continue up.

P5 (4c) Continue up to a ridgy section. While the topo says you can walk this next section, given the level of the climb, it's not unreasonable to stay roped up as you move over to the next belay. It's just over 60 m to make it to the next belay.

P6 (4c): Climb up in a great position.

P7 (4b): More nice climbing.

P8 (5b): Frantastic pitch! Great climbing in a beautiful location. I did find this pitch a bit hard for the grade.
