Follow existing trails and climb using removable protection or in climbing areas with existing approved fixed anchors or bolts. Development of any new rock climbing, bouldering or rappelling areas and development of any climbing routes involving the permanent installation of new fixed anchors or new trail construction requires prior Forest Service authorization.
Description
Per the 5th edition north book “climb the finger and hand crack 15 feet right of Texas eagle. Pull an overhang to get off the ground, then take the crack to the ledge. Build an anchor here with medium cans and small nuts”
For my part, really good climb, pulling the roof isn’t as hard as it seems from the ground with good beta. Could use some more traffic to clean up the lichen. There is a rock threaded with a blue cord at the base of the wall right texas eagle to rappel down with. Cord was good as of May 2025.
