Description Suggest change

This fun scramble has surely been climbed over the years. It's a great way to ascend the formation and then scamper up to Red Cap Peak.

You may want to enter the climb on ledges from the far right side of the face. On the climb, when you appear to have a choice of right or left options, stay right. Rock quality is mostly good enough with ample options for protection.

This route can be climbed primarily or entirely un-roped. A few sections, especially up high, present some 5.5 moves which can be protected with medium-sized cams.

Descend by walking down pleasant gully to the north, or by rappelling High Scalin'.

Location Suggest change

A series of right-trending crack and ramp systems on the right side of the wall, right of High Scalin'.

Protection Suggest change

A light rack up to 3-inches.
