Description
Another quality route on the right side of LMB. Pitch one has a uniqueness to it that climbs a little differently than the others around here. There are 3 cruxes - each a little different than the last.
Pitch two is highly enjoyable & worth doing as well. There’s a great hang at the base of this pitch to take in the views.
P1: 5.12, 25m, 10 draws (+2 fixed). Climb the slab to the roof. Bust wildly out & over to a rest. Atypical, somewhat funky & unusual but fun climbing up brown rock through two more cruxes leads back to grey rock & an anchor at a small but decent stance. Belay here.
Move the belay to the cushy hang at the base of pitch two. I would not link this with pitch one.
P2: 5.11, 25m, 12 draws. Climb up & right to a rest in the corner, then fire crux moves up & left to a shake. A few more tricky bits to another rest. Wander up to an anchor at a small but decent stance. Lower or belay here.
