Description Suggest change

Fragile Tension is a long slot problem with few nice moves to gain the arete. Start on some low big holds, and move up and left before going to the arete. Some clever feet first beta gets you to the arete for a few moves before rocking around. Doing an eliminate of this beta will make it feel like the original V9.

Location Suggest change

Approach via the shallow side trail until below the second tower. Cut left into the talus and snake over to the Fer Ire area just southeast of a large slab. This is just below Fer Ire and The Hammer and faces the lake.

GPS coordinates are: 39.61708361000985, -105.60398535451093.

Protection Suggest change

It has a pit landing and is dabby. A Blubber pad and a couple pads will do.
