Mount Evans entrance is on the righthand side. There is a per car entrance fee of $10. Drive up until you see the long and narrow lake on the lefthand side of the road.

Parking: roadside pulloffs, very limited. There are a few pulloffs around the bend. Carpooling is best. Lincoln Lake is located 800 feet below Mt. Evans Scenic Byway on the lefthand side. The boulders are on the westside of the lake.
