Description Suggest change

If Kopa Kabana is 12d, this is 12d. Or they're both 13a. Either way, they're both excellent!

The name of the game is endurance and resting in kneebars. This route doesn't have the thin boulder at the bottom like Kopa, but it feels a bit pumpier (and more run out) at the top. There really aren't any hard moves -- just don't let go.

The only downside to both of these routes is that they share a few bolts of the same climbing, even if the bolt lines are different. Right before the single thin tufa, you can rest in the same excellent kneebar, climb the tufa the same way, then rest in the same excellent kneebar in the hueco. At this point, I guess the routes diverge again, though you could climb the tops the same too (though Free Fall would be really run out if you used the Kopa beta).

Hike past the lowest stuff at Elona, up the rope, and it's right there with its name written on the rock. Left of Kopa Kabana (also written on the rock).

Protection Suggest change

Lots of bolts
