Description Suggest change

This is a great moderate alpine sport route with great bolting and anchors.  Do this route.

The first pitch, perhaps at the start, holds the crux.  The first three pitches have a 5.9 move while the remaining pitches except for the last are each in the 5.7 area.  Great bolting means you know where each pitch goes and each belay is fitted with good modern anchors.

One tops out in a grassy area with a WWI era ruin at the top.  To descend follow a path back in an easterly direction, staying on a slight descending trajectory until you come into contact with path 24 and follow it back to the museum.  It takes about 40 minutes.

Location Suggest change

Hike for about 45 minutes on number 23 from the WWI museum on the Valparola Pass.  When the trial is within a few feet of the rock face you have arrived.  A metal name plate indicates the start.

Protection Suggest change

12 long runners and draws are sufficient
