Description Suggest change

Start low in corridor and work up the face using a variety of crimps and good holds before exiting and topping out slightly left.

The tallish slanting rock behind you and upper crux warrant caution but with smart padding it can be quite safe. When properly padded, the rock behind you acts as a slide towards the lower landing. If this was a freestanding line with a flat landing it would likely be a well trafficked highball. It might actually be safer, if a bit heady, as is.

Location Suggest change

Take the trail near Orifice Affair and Wonder Dyno south, get onto the rocks and you'll likely see Diamond in the Rough in view. If looking at Diamond in the Rough from the north, High Strung will be on the Boulder to the left, on the left side of the face. From the rock behind you'll see the face and can throw pads down.

Protection Suggest change

Pads. A trifold or two blubber pads slung up top for the slanting rock and adequate pads to fill and cover the lower landing & start. A directional spotter for the crux near the top might be helpful.
